Angela Livino works at EPE since 2005 running studies in generation planning, hydropower inventory potential, electricity auctions. Prior to that, she was a senior engineer at Operador Nacional do Sistema Elétrico (National Power System Operator – ONS) from 2001 to 2005. She received a Master´s Degree (2001) and a PhD (2015) in water resources and environmental sciences at the Civil Engineering Program at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. During her PhD in 2013 she was a Fellow in Sustainability Science Program at Harvard Kennedy School. From 1997 to 2001 she works as a researcher at CEPEL (Eletrobras Electricity Research Center).

Head of Energy Economic Studies Department Energy Research Office - EPE Electrical Engineering (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro/UFRJ), MSc. and DSc. in Energy Planning by COPPE/UFRJ. Since 2006 at EPE, where she joined by public tender, she actively acts in the coordination of studies related to energy savings, which include the construction of Brazilian energy statistics, such as the National Energy Balance and the Statistical Yearbook of Electricity, electricity market scenarios, among others. She held the positions of advisor, research analyst, technical consultant and deputy superintendent. She began her career at the National Electric System Operator (ONS), working in load monitoring and in the preparation of forecasts for planning studies for the energy and electricity operation of the National Interconnected System. Participated in research and consulting projects in studies related to the Brazilian energy matrix, energy modeling, electricity market, energy efficiency, residential sector and income classes in Brazil, for companies and government institutions, which resulted in the production of academic works and technical articles -scientific publications in national and international journals.

Gustavo Machado has been a career employee of the Energy Research Company since 2008. In 2013 he was appointed Technical Consultant and in August 2020 he was promoted Deputy Superintendent of Logistics Resources, being nominated to the role of Superintendent of Logistics Resources in October 2020.
Among the various responsibilities of the area, Gustavo Machado's main function is the Management of Acquisitions of Goods and Services, the Management of Administrative Contracts, Provide Logistic Support, being also responsible for the Management of the Unit's Infrastructure, Asset Management, Document Management and Corporate Travel Management.
In addition to having several technical skills in the area of Contract Management, Gustavo Machado holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cândido Mendes University, a Bachelor of Law with a Master's degree in Bids and Administrative Contracts from Estácio de Sá University and a Master's degree in Public Management from the National School of Public Management of the Federal Government in course.
