Joint paper brings results from Brazil-Germany cooperation on wind-solar auctions

The document brings the results of the Brazil-Germany Energy Partnership, coordinated by BMWi (Germany's Economy and Energy Ministry) and MME (Brazil's Mines and Energy Ministry), regarding the theme Combined wind-solar auctions, in which EPE represented Brazil. 

The participants of the cooperation were, on the Brazilian side, EPE, MME, MRTS consultancy, which was responsible for compiling the document, and academy members. 

The final report is a joint paper describing the experiences of these 3 countries (Brazil, Germany and India) on auctions and hybrid power plants, and bringing recommendations for the progress on this theme.
