EPE publishes Technical Note about photovoltaic projects on Energy auctions

EPE publishes a new Technical Note “Photovoltaic Projects on Energy Auctions”. This study belongs to a series that analyzes the characteristics of PV projects in Brazil since 2014. This version covers aspects of the technical qualifying and of the contracted projects on the A-4 2017 and 2018 auctions, and analyzes the evolution of the projects on six years of PV participation on the Regulated Market Auctions.

The Technical Note is available in both English and Portuguese.

18/08/2023 - The Indicative Transmission Gas Pipeline Plan (PIG 2022) supports the Brazilian natural gas sector´s planning, presenting investment opportunities in transmission natural gas pipelines. In the present document, 5 transmission pipeline alternatives were studied, totaling 1,266 km in length and around BRL 20 billion in estimated costs.
